If you decide to return any unused item for any reason, it must be returned within 30 days from purchase for a full credit, refund, or exchange. Personalized and custom-ordered items can not be returned.
Shipping and insurance charges for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to insure the returned product for the full value in case of damage during the return process.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order was shipped under the terms of a free shipping offer, the actual shipping charges incurred will be subtracted from the refund.
Return shipping charges will be refunded for defective merchandise or merchandise sent in our error.

Damaged Goods If a package arrives damaged, call us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging, as the carrier may wish to inspect the package as part of their claims processing. If the package is damaged but the merchandise appears unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing.
Shipping Errors Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and report any discrepancy immediately. All claims for missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If an item is missing or a wrong item has been shipped due to our error, the problem will be corrected at our shipping expense.
The customer will be liable for shipping expenses to correct any problem due to customer error.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
